Life of a teacher

he class was fairly fun to turn over because you, the teacher, were now in charge. It might be quite difficult because the students are aware that you are not their teacher. They will test you on easy tasks, and it will be up to you as the teacher to maintain your respect. I made sure they stayed inside the limits set by their teacher. In order to ensure that the students weren't only sitting, I had everything prepared the day before. I used golden stars as rewards to keep them motivated and interested.

It was nerve-wracking for me to take over the teaching duties in block one because I was still getting used to the school's procedures. Since I didn't know every student's name, it was challenging to approach them. It was made harder by the fact that I realized they didn't know me well enough because they began acting rudely, which is how students behave when they first meet someone. They all want to talk, bring personal items, or strike up unneeded talks. In my second block, however, they got to know me better and began to treat me with more respect. I demonstrated my power over them by being more familiar with the system and my obligations.

I did find it challenging to teach some subjects, including reading. Group reading was not possible since the class size was too small for both play and group reading. We were forced to keep the exercises as straightforward and basic as possible because there were insufficient resources to complete them all. My self-evaluation results matched my teaching experience completely. I didn't think I would be able to cope with the difficulties at school and adjust, but things turned out differently.
